FYI....the Miss DHS pageant has been rescheduled for Feb. 10th.

Reed Rogers from Mrs. Richardson's 4th grade wanted his class to have a real Christmas tree, and he showed a true act of kindness by bringing a beautiful real tree for everyone to enjoy.

De Queen Elementary would like to say a huge thank you to the De Queen Mena Educational Co-Op for helping our 5th grade students better understand the phases of the moon with the use of the Star Lab. Brian and Lisa Schuller did an amazing job educating the students about the moon and the upcoming solar eclipse.

Aayden Martinez, in Ms Jarrell's class made 80 points in AR. Raylan McLelland, in Mrs. Tatum's class achieved the AR 40 point Club. Good job 3rd grade!!



"A Sweet Treat" and spreading holiday cheer! Mrs Phillips and Mrs Runnels surprised teachers this morning by knocking on doors and offering teachers a cup of cocoa with fixins and a Christmas tree snack cake. Thank you very much! We appreciate all you guys do to support us.
